Account & Registration

Can I order products from your website?

We sell exclusively to businesses. If you are a business and wish to register, you can create an account here: Trade Account Registration

If you are a private individual and want to order our products, we can put you in contact with one of our resellers.

Do I have to register before placing an order?

To order products from our website you need to have an account. Your account enables you to look at our prices and stocks and gives you direct access to all your orders, history, invoices and outstanding items.

How do I create an account?

You can apply for an account by completing the registration form here: Trade Account Registration

As soon as we have accepted your registration, you will receive a confirmation email and have full access to the site.

Why can't I see any prices?

Once your trade account is set up, you'll be able to see prices for all items on our website.

Can I speak with someone about creating an account?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. You can either:

Ordering

How do I place an order?

Once you've created an account, simply add your products of choice to your shopping cart and complete checkout.

We will review your order within 24-48 hours and send you a final invoice.

What are your minimum order quantities?

How fast can my order arrive?

We can usually deliver an order as soon as 3-5 working days - but you can also request a specific future date.

Shipping

How will the order be sent?

Orders are delivered on trolleys and/or double height (9ft) pallets based on the total order value.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are based on the size of your order, and include volume discounts.

Can you ship to smaller sites?

Orders are typically delivered on articulated lorries, but we are able to request a smaller lorry for your delivery (although not guaranteed).

Lorries come with hand pallet trucks. These are usually able to unload in a place of your choosing, but cannot cross uneven terrain.

What import/customs paperwork do we need to do?

We'll take care of all import & customs paperwork, including import, export, clearance, duties, customs, EORI, phytosanitary certificates & more.

Which countries do you ship to?

We primarily ship to the UK, but can also ship to over 40 European countries. If you're not based in the UK and would like to enquire about shipping to your destination, please contact us.

Can we return items?

If you have received the wrong product or a damaged product, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Please include:

  • an accurate description of the fault
  • evidence to support the complaint, such as photos
  • any other facts from which it can be concluded that the products delivered and the rejected products are identical, such as an order confirmation

Website

Do the website prices include VAT?

Prices do not include VAT, import duties, or shipping costs. These charges will be itemised at checkout and in your final invoice.

Can I save shopping lists for easy reordering?

Yes - once you have added a set of items to you cart, you can click "Actions" and then "Save shopping list".

You can access your shopping lists by opening the cart and tapping "My Account". Tap "Actions" on the shopping list item to add all products from that list to your active cart, or create a new cart.
